Collaboration is a working practice whereby individuals work together to a common purpose to achieve business benefit. Collaboration enables individuals to work together to achieve a defined and common business purpose.

What Is Collaborative Learning?

According to Gerlach, “Collaborative learning is based on the idea that learning is a naturally social act in which the participants talk among themselves (Gerlach, 1994). It is through the talk that learning occurs.”

What Is Collaborative Mentoring?

Collaborative Mentoring is a process and relationship between a number of experienced businessperson(s)/mentor(s) serving as trusted confidante(s) to business owner(s)/mentee(s) who come together over a specific period of time on a mutually defined purpose or mission through mentoring and a mentoring program*.

Collaborative Mentoring’ is the art of exchanging intellect where the wisdom of an experienced person meets the innovation & agility of a less experienced person in decrypting the key to successful transformation & explore the optimum balance of mutual collaboration for future sustainability of the business and respecting each other’s interests.

In a collaborative Mentoring setting, Mentees have the opportunity to converse with a Mentor or Mentors and peers, present and defend ideas, exchange knowledge and experience, question other conceptual frameworks, and be actively engaged.
